I’m Bhaskar — an accounts manager by profession and a fitness enthusiast by passion, sharing my journey to inspire others to live stronger, healthier, and more disciplined lives.

Born in Gopalganj, Bihar and currently living in Kankarbagh, Patna, I turned my life around through fitness, one early morning and one workout at a time.

Who I Am

Bhaskar Kumar Gupta — born and brought up in Gopalganj, Bihar (841428), now residing in Kankarbagh, Patna (800020).

By profession, I work as an Accounts Manager at Protax Protect Services Private Limited, but by passion, I am a dedicated fitness enthusiast committed to building a disciplined and healthy life.

For a long time, I lived like many others — busy with work, no proper diet, very little movement, and no real focus on my health.

My Fitness Journey

From 92 kg to 68 kg — this transformation rebuilt my mindset, discipline, and lifestyle.

There was a time when I struggled with my weight, energy, and confidence. At one point, I reached 92 kg, and I was constantly uncomfortable with my lifestyle and appearance. Motapa, low energy, confidence issues — everything was at its peak.

On 24 June 2024, I decided to change my life forever. I stepped into the gym for the first time with ZERO knowledge about diet, workouts, consistency, or time management — but with one strong decision:

“No excuses. Bas start karna hai.”

Since that day, I have never looked back. Today, I proudly stand at 68 kg, with a lean, muscular physique, better strength, higher stamina, and unshakeable confidence. This transformation isn't just physical — it has rebuilt my mindset, discipline, and lifestyle.

My Fitness Timeline

Before June 2024 — Stuck at 92 kg

Low energy, low confidence, unhealthy lifestyle, and no clear idea about diet, workouts, or fitness.

24 June 2024 — The Turning Point

Walked into the gym for the first time and took my first step towards change. Decided: “No excuses. Bas start karna hai.”

July 2024 — Learning the Basics

Struggled with form, diet, timing, and soreness — but stayed consistent. Started understanding calories, protein, and structured workouts.

August–October 2024 — Visible Changes

Weight started dropping, clothes fit better, stamina improved, and confidence slowly came back.

November 2024 — 70s Weight Range

From 92 kg down to the low 70s. People around me started noticing the transformation and asking for tips.

Current Phase — 68 kg & Growing Stronger

Now focused on building strength, maintaining discipline, and inspiring others.

My Daily Routine

My day starts early because fitness is my priority.

Morning

  • Wake up at 4:30 AM
  • Freshen up with a cup of coffee
  • Gym session till 7:30 AM
  • Prepare my meals
  • Follow my personalized diet plan

Day Time

  • Leave for office
  • Focus on accounting, client work, and learning
  • Maintain clean eating during work hours

Evening

  • Finish office around 6:30 PM
  • Edit gym-recorded clips or personal content
  • Prepare dinner
  • Review my day
  • Sleep by 10 PM for recovery
